The
gallery is located in Oxshott Road, between Leatherhead Tesco and
the M25 bridge.
By
car, we are easily accessible
from the M25 just seconds from Junction 9 (eastbound).
Take the A244 exit (signposted Oxshott and Esher) from this roundabout;
take the very first turning on the left (about 200 metres along
the A244) and our driveway is the very first turning on the right.
Trains
from Victoria and Waterloo
stop at both Leatherhead and Oxshott stations (journey time from
London: approximately 30 minutes) and from either station it is
a ten minute taxi ride to the gallery.
Bus
routes
408 and 465 stop near the entrance to the gallery.
Opening
Times:
Fire and Iron Gallery is open throughout the year Monday to Saturday
10am to 5pm. We are closed most Sundays and bank holidaysplease
call for details.
Entry
and parking are free.
Disabled
Access: Our buildings are very old, and are not as friendly
to wheelchairs and pushchairs as we are! Most of the gallery is
fully accessible via a wide door with a ramp, and one room has three
wide, shallow steps. Improved access and better disabled toilet
facilities are top of our list, but please telephone to check our
progress and plan your visit.
